About Mass Info Tech
The Massachusetts School of Information Technology, Inc. -- Mass Info Tech -- was incorporated in August of 1998 at 9 Taunton Green in Taunton, MA. Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the school offers third-party IT credentialing classes in business software applications and administration. In 2001, Mass Info Tech added traditional academic instruction with the implementation of the GED and PC Literacy curriculum -- each a step toward a long-term goal of offering a full range of effective higher education opportunities for the returning adult learner.
Today our community enjoys excellent IT training resources including Fiber Optic Internet bandwidth , 32” LCD monitors for multi-media instruction, Master of Education qualified staff, and excellent career/higher education centric admissions counseling staff. The leadership team has participated at many levels of the Massachusetts Workforce Development community, holding positions on regional Workforce Investment Boards, Youth Council, the Governor’s Workforce Development Transition Team, and several municipal boards and committees. Participation in the Workforce Development community positively impacts instructional quality with precise and current labor market information.
Above all, we enjoy working with all students. Through thick and thin, we provide a thorough directed experience, with a lot of opportunity to master the content. We, too, will relish your accomplishments.
