Mr. David DeSantis, President Heart of Taunton and President of the Real
Estate Development Firm; First Taunton Group. Mr. DeSantis is serving his
third term as Heart of Taunton President and has achieved significant results.
Among his accomplishments has been a re-organization of the Heart of Taunton,
implimentation of several business support programs and the successful
operation of cultural events improving the quality of life on the historic
Taunton Green.

Mr. DeSantis is married to Kathy DeSantis and is father to his 12 year
old son Mark, the future President of the First Taunton Group.
Mr. DeSantis began investing in Taunton in 1992. His first Taunton Green
project was the rebuilding of 37 Main Street, concluding with much
acclaim and today, still a fine example of Taunton Green architecture.
