Lou Pacheco, Heart of Taunton Facade Committee

Here he discusses footings for the new, close to original
facade with Rodney Azevedo of Fortin Construction.

Mr. Pacheco is the owner of Pacheco Jewelry on the
Taunton Green. He has been a dedicated member of
Board of Directors for the Heart of Taunton for over
15 years. He is the husband of Cecil Pacheco and the
father of three girls.

Mr. Pacheco is an ardent supporter of the Taunton Green
and part of his responsibility with the Heart of Taunton
is to coordinate the distribution of "linkage" dollars. Linkage
dollars are fees that are charged corporations that develop
outside of the Taunton Green, that will have an impact on
the economic development and prosperity of the Taunton
Green.
